Our History
Founded by experienced filmmaker Ethan Clay and business powerhouse Alexandra Dal Moro in 2022, Mechanized is driven by a shared vision to redefine the standards of independent filmmaking and distinguish itself in the Carolinas and beyond.
​We are committed to reshaping industry perceptions by championing fairness, professionalism, and community. Too often, we have seen productions both independent and from major studios fall into the traps of disorganization, unpaid labor, and an overwhelming workload with little regard for the rights and well-being of cast and crew.
Our goal is to change that narrative.
